The “Amplitude” plant is a specialized enterprise for the production and overhaul of battery and contact electric locomotives, the manufacture of components and electrical equipment for them. Our goal is to provide the mining industry with reliable locomotive transport. We have been working since 1993. Over the years, the enterprise has developed, modernized and turned into a modern high-tech machine-building production with great creative potential. The enterprise produces battery electric locomotives ARP8T, 2ARP8T, ARP5T, ARP7T, ARP2T (analogues AM8D, 2AM8D, 4,5ARP, 7ARP, AK-2U), contact electric locomotives 4KA, 7KA, 10KA, 14KA (analogues 4KR, 7KR, K-10, K -14), which includes fundamentally new functional blocks: KTV-2, KS-001 controllers, a VAB switch, a speed meter SR, an IP-5 power source, a headlight FRE1.0 A, etc. The production of explosion-proof battery boxes was mastered, which allowed production of battery locomotives of the ARV type.
Overhaul (with possible modernization) of all types of mine electric locomotives with the full restoration of their operational life is carried out using innovative technologies and bringing into full compliance with the requirements of safety rules. The enterprise is constantly improving production technology, introducing inventions to improve the quality of products. The quality management system created at the enterprise meets the current regulatory documents and is confirmed by the ISO certificate of compliance.
Mine electric locomotives with the AMPLITUDA sign are a new generation of electric locomotives providing a high level of reliability and safety. For the development and implementation of high-tech equipment in the coal industry, the company was awarded with awards and diplomas of specialized exhibitions.
